Family Update!
A little update about the family of 7 that arrived at the end of March…With the support of the United Way of the Capital Region’s Workforce Development Program, we were able to assist Dad in getting new eyeglasses. Because of that support, he was able to secure a second job driving for Amazon!
This extra income is helping pave the way for the family to save even more, and they are now actively searching for their new home!!!!!
THIS is why community support matters. THIS is why partnerships matter. And THIS is why we keep doing the work.
