Family Promise HCR is a partner with United Way of the Capital Region as a case management site for the Road to Success Program. This full-service workforce development program removes barriers that prevent successful employment for individuals over the age of 18.

FPHCR serves as one of several case management sites for United Way’s Road to Success program. We serve 40-60 participants monthly.

The Road to Success program helps the un-and under-employed in Dauphin, Cumberland, and Perry Counties obtain jobs where they can earn a living wage and find a path to financial independence.
It also provides comprehensive support services through the first year of employment. This includes training on soft skills and help with transportation and child care.

We serve 40-60 families/month.

We run 2 job clubs for individuals to build soft skills needed for successful careers.
